FiCa (Family Care) was created as a community-based innovation, targeting families specifically to assist families in carrying out their role in controlling the health of the elderly on a regular basis because they are the only people they have closest.
Families are expected to be able to support a healthy lifestyle that should be used by the elderly for the rest of their lives, monitor the health of the elderly in an integrated manner and immediately report to the nearest health service if there is a significant decline in health in the elderly.
FiCa can then be developed and used to bridge the need for health services to monitor the condition of the elderly through the family.
In the FiCa application there are features such as screening for the elderly so that it will refer to education that can be applied including physical needs (physical activity and exercise, nutrition, sleep needs, environmental modifications, psychological (brain gymnastics), social (accompaniment for the elderly), and spiritual (spiritual meditation).
Linked education can be carried out independently and taught to the elderly.
Every week families need to record the condition of the elderly so that their health level can be monitored  on a regular basis.
